​This Tuesday, February 18th at 8AM the Utah House Business, Labor, and Commerce Committee is considering a dangerous bill that threatens the progress we made last year in protecting our youth from nicotine addiction. HB432 - Tobacco and Electronic Cigarette Modifications, sponsored by Representative Matt MacPherson, would repeal Utah’s ban on flavored e-cigarettes and other key protections established by Senate Bill 61 (SB61) that was passed last year.

We need YOU to reach out to the House Business, Labor, and Commerce Committee and urge them to vote NO on HB432. Utah’s kids deserve to grow up free from nicotine addiction, and this bill puts their future at risk.
